Scholarship Overview

In our inaugural year, we will be awarding $3000 in scholarships to graduating seniors and current college students who embody the Tenets of Taekwondo in their lives in and outside of the dojang. The scholarship funds may be used at any college, university, or trade school. 

Timeline to Apply:
September 1 - Applications Open
October 15 - Deadline to Apply
November 1 - Scholars Selected

Eligibility: 
- Be attending a college, university, or trade school in 2024 (open to high school seniors, or current college students)
- Be a current or former student of KC Taekwondo
- Demonstrate scholastic effort with a minimum 3.0 GPA (or equivalent)
- Show strong potential for future leadership and service
- Embody the tenets of Taekwondo across all areas of life
